Sukla FIS is major irrigation scheme with headworks located at Lat 26.65455° N & Long 91.714722 °E  of Tamulpur LAC under Baksa  District. The project was started in the year 1962-63 and completed in the year 1978-79, creating irrigation potential of 11500 Ha. (NIA). Through this scheme, a total of 5437 nos. of beneficiaries are being  supplied irrigation water.
